The Cedynia Landscape Park was created in 1993. Its area covers the area from the edge of the Myśliborski Lakeland and the Gorzowska Plain to the edge of the Lower Oder Valley and Freienwalde Basin. It covers the area of 4 communes: Cedynia, Chojna, Moryń and Mieszkowice. Currently, the area of the Park is over 30,000 ha. The Cedynia Landscape Park is very diverse in terms of nature. From places covered with an old impenetrable forest, through marshes and backwaters, it passes into climatically and visually reminiscent areas. The park's flora is also extremely rich and varied.
