The reserve's area is protected by dry heaths, thermophilic grasslands and xerothermic grasslands covering an area of ​​just over 72 ha. It is part of the Natura 2000 conservation areas bearing the broader name "Odra Valley". There is also a whole range of protected plants here. The reserve's resources are carefully protected.
