Address: ul. Dworcowa 29 , 82-100 Nowy Dwór Gdański
Tourist narrow-gauge railway running in the Nowodworski poviat. It was created as a result of the separation of part of Gdańsk Commuter Rail from the PKP structures. The owner of the Żuławy Commuter Rail is the Poviat Eldership in Nowy Dwór Gdański. The queue service is provided by the Pomeranian Iron Lovers Society, which was one of the initiators of the ŻKD. In the years 2006–2008 the operator of the queue was the Association of Żuławy Commuter Rail. In 2009, after the court verdict confirming the illegality of termination of the contract by the eldership, the function of the operator is again fulfilled by the Pomeranian Iron Railway Society. In September 2000, together with the Starosty in Nowy Dwór Gdański, Stegna and Sztutowo Communes, PTMKŻ undertook activities to reactivate the Żuławy Access Rail. On September 17, 2001, the Poviat Eldership in Nowy Dwór Gdański donated part of the railway line already leased from PKP to the Pomeranian Society of Railway Lovers for free use. On August 15, 2002, the first train journey after six years took place for tourists and residents of the Nowy Dwór poviat. At the beginning of 2003, the Nowodworskie Eldership provided the PTMKŻ with the entire rolling stock that it already owns. On June 21, 2003, the first scheduled trains started on Żuławska Access Rail. Currently planned traffic on the ŻKD network is carried out in May, June and September on weekends and during summer holidays - every day, and the rest of the time on request. Pursuant to the annex to the agreement of February 2014, PTMKŻ is the queue operator until December 31, 2023. The railway base and management is located in Nowy Dwór Gdański in the existing depot. The basis of the Żuławy Commuter Rail's operations are rail tourist transport on the lines: 1) Nowy Dwór Gdański-Stegna Gdańska, 2) Sztutowo-Mikoszewo Ujście Wisły, 3) Nowy Dwór Gdański-Tuja.
