The historic former seat of shipping companies, located in the Old Town zone on the Brda. The palace was built in 1885-1886, designed by Waldemar Jenisch. It is built in the style of Dutch Mannerism. It presents a technically perfectly matched form, and is also characterized by sophistication and refinement. The ornamental gables and tower are characteristic. The first owner of the palace was the shipping captain Otto Liedtke. After around 1908, the building was bought by the Bydgoszcz Inland Navigation Association, and was then purchased by a German shipping company, which gave the building the name "Lloyd Bydgoski".
