Sports and entertainment hall in Bydgoszcz put into use on October 11, 2002, performing both sport, exhibition and concert functions. The name of the object refers to the symbol of Bydgoszcz, which is the statue of the Archer, standing in Jan Kochanowski Park, as well as to the fact that the place occupied by the hall formerly housed archery tracks, then rebuilt in the vicinity of the complex. There is a bowling alley, restaurant and fitness club, as well as a psychological services studio. Outside there is a parking lot for cars and buses, a sports field, and indoor tennis courts and an archery track nearby. The entire complex has a development area of ​​9126 m² and is located on the area of ​​6.6 ha. The hall is located in the Central Park, near the Brda River, which promotes the organization of outdoor events. Around there are green areas, walking and cycling paths, and on Brda - a barge-cafe.
